MiniHab Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the MiniHab iOS app. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
Data and syncing
The App stores data you create locally on your device and syncs that data using Apple iCloud. iCloud syncing is enabled by default and is required for the App to function as intended.
Management of iCloud access is handled through Apple’s system settings, not within the App itself.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App. We do not claim ownership of your habits, notes, or history. You are responsible for the content you create and maintain.
Purchases and subscriptions
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, all transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.
Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable if the App becomes unavailable.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
